Reminiscing about more normal times, he remembered how his grandmother used to make him and all the other grandkids her famous “nut cake”. Feeling nostalgic, Wendell took his Grandma’s “nut cake” and turned it into our Brown Butter Pecan Cookie, and the rest was history.
