We took a buttery cookie base, filled it with a creamy dulce de leche center (think caramel but richer and creamier), and fully coated it in a sweet sugar and cinnamon blend. Last but not least, we baked this cookie just long enough to give it a crisp comparable to that of your favorite churro while maintaining a buttery inside texture.
